Payment Methods:

  • Accepted Payments: We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Bitcoin (via Exodus.com with no account registration—see our guide), and bank transfers. All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL for maximum security.
  • Processing Time: Payments are processed within 24 hours. For Zelle and Bitcoin, funds must clear before shipping—bank transfers may take 1-3 business days.

 

Security Measures:

  • Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy. We comply with PCI DSS standards and FFL requirements, ensuring no sensitive information is shared outside secure channels.
  • Bitcoin payments via Exodus offer privacy—no account needed, funds sent directly to our wallet at checkout.

Refunds & Charges:

  • Refunds: Returns are accepted within 14 days, subject to FFL/ATF rules—firearms require dealer return, ammo/gears must be unopened. Refunds process within 7 days of receipt, minus shipping costs. Contact sales@tacticalgundepot.com for assistance.
  • Charges: No hidden fees—taxes apply per state, shipping calculated at checkout (free over $350).

 

How to Order:

  • Step 1: Browse & Select: Visit our Shop to choose tactical firearms, ammo, or gear—filter by category or search for specifics like ‘AR-15’ or ‘9mm ammo.
  • Step 2: Add to Cart: Click ‘Add to Cart’ on your product—verify ‘In Stock – Ships Within 48 Hours’ and FFL requirements for firearms.
  • Step 3: Checkout & Pay: Proceed to checkout, select payment (credit card, Bitcoin, bank transfer), and enter FFL dealer details for firearms. For Bitcoin, follow our guide to buy via Exodus.com and send to our wallet—secure and fast.
  • Step 4: Confirm & Ship: We process your payment within 24 hours, ship FFL items to your dealer, and direct items (ammo, gear) to you—track via email.
