At Tactical Gun Depot, we stand by our tactical firearms, ammo, and gear with a straightforward return and refund policy, ensuring FFL compliance and customer satisfaction across the USA. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns

Return unused items within 14 days of receipt—firearms require an FFL return to your local dealer, while ammo and gears must remain unopened and in original packaging. Contact sales@tacticalgundepot.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping.

Refunds

We issue full refunds within 7 days of receiving returned items, minus shipping costs. Firearms refunds are subject to FFL/ATF regulations, and hazardous materials like gun powder are non-returnable. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Exceptions

No returns are accepted on hazardous materials, including gun powder, per ATF restrictions. Damaged or used items may be denied—inspect products upon arrival and report issues immediately.
